5 Quick Apply Part-time 2 days ago Full Job Description The Lot person typically works 4 hours in the morning Monday-Friday.
The primary responsibilities of a Lot Maintenance Person include but are not limited to:
Ensure EVERY guest receives outstanding service.
Ensure 'truenorth ready' appearance of entire lot, yard, sidewalks, and car wash.
Replenish and replace all windshield wiper fluid, squeegees, and towels as necessary.
Maintain all spill kit and safety area items.
Shovel, salt, and maintain all areas accessible to customers and staff, during winter months.
Ensure equipment room remains organized and maintained to the highest of safety standards.
Assist inside the store and cooler area with stocking and unloading freight.
Maintain a safe, friendly, and clean environment for our guests, vendors, and employees.

Ability to complete all tasks while maintaining total customer focus.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift for prolonged period of time.
Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time.
(Hot and Cold) Must be detail oriented.
