One who is self- motivated, hardworking and loves learning.
Wastewater treatment provides the opportunity to use and learn skills such as pump and motor maintenance and repair, biology, chemistry and much more.

Basic qualifications include:
a valid MI driver's license, Highschool Diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude.
Preferred qualifications include:
Wastewater licensing, maintenance certifications, training or schooling related to the environment, water sciences, biology, chemistry.
