The Position:
We are Northern Michigan's News Leader and a community leader.
We are seeking a talented individual to assist in managing client digital onboarding.
Our digital project manager will work with our account sales executives, the client, and digital build team to insure a smooth transition through the build process.
Onboarding businesses is the most critical part of building a long term working relationship with our clients.
Strong organizational skills and working knowledge of multiple platforms is a must.
This role will work directly with our internal and external vendors to ensure execution of the digital plan.

Responsibilities:
Manage every step of the implementation process from quotes and contracts to creative and campaign delivery.
Work with local marketing consultants and station management to make sure all sold digital advertising campaigns are activated and optimized per contracts with advertisers.
Development of local sales collateral for digital sales efforts Assistance with special projects as requested by station management.
Work with management to maximize resources.
Develop solid working relationship with partners to ensure campaign effectiveness and delivery.
Support the production, scheduling and delivery of our OTT and Outreach products Generate and delivery monthly reporting for advertisers.
Must be able to set goals and schedule/oversee deliverables for multiple digital services Requirements:
Strong understanding of digital and social media.
Use multiple internet and software platforms to perform duties, and therefore must be technically savvy Proactive and action-oriented; excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task; follow up is critical, as is attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Working closely and communicating with sales management to ensure quality advertiser relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, Dropbox a must with the ability to learn new programs.
Knowledge of Matrix, Pipe Drive, Wide Orbit, and Mag Manager a plus.
