Our Customer Experience Coordinator manages the day to day scheduling operations, ensuring that jobs are ready for installation or service along with some purchasing duties.
Responsible for the creation of department job files, contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, scheduling subcontractors and inspections.
Responsible for coordinating communication between installers, supervisors, customers, vendors and the office.
No prior experience is necessary, however preferred! A positive attitude is a MUST.
Can you multitask? Can you work your way around a computer? Can you handle multiple projects at one time while remaining very polite to customers over the phone?
