Assistant Program Managers in our Day Program department lead engaging activities and supervising community outings.
Responsibilities also include supervising participants and providing personal care such as toileting, mobility assistance, and feeding.
This is a full time, 40hr a week position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday 8:
00am to 4:
00pm.
Part time work is also available.
Lunch breaks are paid.

If you choose to decline company medical insurance, you will also be paid an extra $75 monthly above and beyond your regular wages.
Paid holidays include Black Friday! Pay range for this position is $13.

Responsibilities:
Follow and uphold company policies and procedures Responsible for completing and staying current in all mandatory trainings Promote positive social interactions Support individuals in the community, in their job, or at their job (enclaves or facility based) Teach skills to expand a person's independence and progress toward goals Maintain a clean and safe environment, follows all safety protocols Administer medications, support individuals with hygiene, and provide supervision in all settings Maintain a positive relationship and adequate communication with each client's home provide, CSM, parents, guardians, and other support Provide transportation with a company vehicle for work or community access Complete quality control, track client work totals, plan work schedules Maintains an advocacy role May be assigned to work in other departments or programs Any other duties assigned Skills:

Qualifications / Physical requirements:
High school diploma and must be at least 18 years of age Possess a valid driver's license Pass a background check Must have a full range of motion, physical strength, Ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications Basic computer usage/ knowledge.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
