Nirvana Center Dispensaries is a group of Family-Owned and Operated State Licensed Marijuana Dispensaries founded in 2016, in Phoenix, Arizona.

We currently have 11 open dispensaries in Arizona, Michigan, and Maryland with plans to open more stores in Maine, Oregon, Massachusetts, South Dakota, Illinois, Ohio, and New Jersey.
Providing patients & customers with the highest quality cannabis has been our focus for almost a decade.
Summary of Job Duties:
The General Manager oversees the daily operation of the dispensary, handling the needs of all patients and customers while developing a professional team that is passionate about cannabis.
The GM also works with the inventory manager and accounting, amongst others, to ensure the facility's sound recordkeeping and compliance with local and state regulations.
Priorities include the implementation of dispensary policies, oversight and management of quality product inventory and the hiring, development and supervision of dispensary staff.
The GM is also responsible for overseeing marketing, promotions and the maintenance of reports as they pertain to the daily operations and finances of the dispensary.
Our General Managers are responsible for:

? Developing and implementing growth strategies.
? Marketing and promo creation ? Training Assistant Managers, Supervisors and supporting staff.
? Creating and managing budgets.
? Improving revenue.
? Hiring employees.
? Evaluating performance and productivity.
? Analyzing accounting and financial data.
? Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
? Generating reports and giving presentations.
? Supply orders ? Other things as required by senior management Job Type:
