Overview As a part of Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for inbound and outbound materials, including samples and supplies; inventory control; order fulfillment; and shipping management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities 1.
Coordinate the schedule for delivery vehicles and assist in the unloading, unpacking, and verifying of incoming samples and supplies.
This would include organizing either the shipping of or receipt and delivery of product to and from the facility, with focus on accuracy, efficiency, and time management.
2.
Strong reliance on monitoring and coordination of activities, as well as good planning skills and judgement, are essential to meet deadlines.
3.
Must be able to respond to events and issues that threaten the productivity schedule and/or quality of operation, as well as the health and safety of team members.
4.
Oversee security and general upkeep of warehouse, including regular maintenance of equipment.
5.
Rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications.
6.
Coordinate and assist in modulation of samples according to written specifications.
This does include working with microbiology samples that may be considered dangerous goods.
7.
Assess and monitor daily job functions, ensuring the provision of quality services in a cost effective/efficient manner.
8.
Participate in ongoing process improvement activities and other related activities.
9.
Clean, straighten, organize, and rotate stock items to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness.
10.
Distributes materials to requesting areas to facilitate proper assembly.
11.
Be accountable for both quality and quantity of output.
Qualifications Credentials and Experience Preferred:
1-year of experience in shipping environment Helpful:
Excel knowledge Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Traits Strong organizational skills Up-to-date computer skills Ability to multitask and work independently Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Excellent communication skills Ability to be tactful and diplomatic with customers, outside organizations, and coworkers Ability to work well with people in a team environment Ability to work in a variety of environmental temperatures Minimum Training Requirements for this Position Supply Chain employees will attend initial dangerous goods by air training as soon as is practical and before corresponding job duties are performed.
Recurrent dangerous goods recertification will be required biennially.
Successful completion of a test is required.
Supply Chain employees must also complete OSHA and DOT regulations where e applicable (i.
e Forklift certification, Blood-borne Pathogens, and DOT Hazardous Materials Security).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
