Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for operating commercial embroidery machines daily Retrieve designs from the computer and enter it into the embroidery machine Selects needle size and thread colors required for each order and draws it through machine guides and bobbin Stage, hoop, and load product onto embroidery machines Monitor output quality and report irregularities Maintains efficient and safe operation of multi-head embroidery machinery, maintains a clean work station and environment Responsible for communicating any issues regarding individual embroidery machine heads or logo issues on goods Responsible for maintaining the highest quality on all items produced Ensures that daily/weekly/monthly targets are met for quality, productivity & lead time with minimal errors Performs daily/weekly/monthly machine maintenance & repair Communicate with Embroidery Supervisor to reorder materials & supplies Strive for a lower number of discrepancies.
Collect and inspect random samples during embroidery runs to identify any necessary adjustments.
Sort decorated items by size/design, and package for client to easily identify contents.
Complete paperwork and note production details in shop software.
Tolerate heat, production does not have air conditioning Standing in one location and on your feet all day.
