We are a new and unique option for individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility level of care and wish to remain in their homes as they age.
What does that mean? We care for the elderly daily both at our state-of-the-art day center on Garfield near Hammond during regular business hours and as needed in their home.
Never heard of us before.
That's okay, we're new to the region.
We began serving the elderly in 2019 and our service model is so popular it's growing quickly! Do we have benefits? Yes! Our full-time team members enjoy regular daytime work schedules, no scheduled weekends, plentiful PTO and paid holidays, free dental insurance for our team members and their dependents, and great insurance benefits available immediately upon hire.
We also have a great team of professionals who are a joy to work with! What does an Application Support Specialist at PACE North do? You'll be a key partner providing user applications and software support to our team! At PACE North you'll be fully responsible for first-line user support for software and applications, including user training, resolving issues, minimizing software downtime and other general software operational issues.
You'll also manage our software in the background, including vendor coordination, upgrades, integrations, or other associated projects.
You can expect to use a wide range of clinical administrative software and Microsoft 365.
Finally, you'll be able to provide PACE North participants and team members with the most cheerful and professional service they've ever received! Requirements:
What qualifications should you bring to the table? We're looking for that special person who loves serving others with a positive approach.
You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and we'd like to see some college coursework.
We'd also like to see between 1 and 3 years of comparable relevant experience, particularly with first-line help desk and user support.
If this experience is in a healthcare setting, that's great but not a deal-breaker.
We're also looking for success in project management.
In a key coordination role like this, it's also critical to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Most important, we're looking for someone with an inspirational, motivational, and creative approach!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
