Discuss patient responsibilities after insurance or straight self pay balances; establish payment in full and monthly payment arrangements on healthcare accounts.
Notate accurate communications with patients and maintain HIPAA confidentiality while working accounts.
QUALIFICATIONSStrong listening and communication skills in a friendly customer service environment.
Call center experience a plus.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Patient Accounting Systems.
At least 1 year of customer service and/or medical collection background is preferred.
Must pass a drug test and a pre-employment background check.
