What's it like to be a Bill Marsh Service Department Leader? A successful day in the life of a service manager consists of multiple variables.
To stay efficient and profitable daily, you will be scheduling accordingly to business needs, having genuine conversations with customers, coaching and empowering your team, and keeping all your maintenance/ service records up to snuff.
This can sound a bit cumbersome, but you will have organizational tools and resources to accomplish this on a daily basis and much more! As a part of the Bill Marsh service team your success becomes our success! We're eager to invest in your training and your future growth! What are the job qualifications and opportunities? EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Two to four years related Management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Management/Leadership Experience Preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess a Valid Driver's License which meets our company insurance standards.
