The client service assistant plays a key role in delivering exceptional client service which is vital to the firm's continued growth.

Technology is key to getting work done so you are highly proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and have experience working with a client relationship management system (CRM).

We work as a team so being present in the office is essential to facilitate training, build relationships, and to support clients and the principal representative.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Creating an excellent first impression when working with clients, vendors, and others in person, over the phone, or by email; Ensuring client paperwork is prepared for client meetings; Completing ad hoc reports; Ensuring firm procedures are updated, current, and accurate.
Attending client meetings, taking and entering notes into CRM, and completing follow-up work.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude Strong technical aptitude; Proficiency in MS Excel and Word and the ability to learn new software quickly Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail Sophisticated organizational skills, including physical resources (such as files, manuals, etc.
) and nonphysical resources (such as calendars, appointments, events, client contact records, images, etc.
) Salesforce and financial planning software experience a plus Social media and/or marketing experience, a plus Work independently, effectively, and efficiently Embrace a growth mindset, continuously improving skills and knowledge to enhance overall performance Exhibit a willingness to take on new challenges and roles as the firm evolves Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly Our values center on teamwork, collaboration, commitment to helping others, honesty, and accountability to ourselves and our clients.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
