Write, process, and log applications for current and new clients.
Track and verify completion of all policy activities.
Update client contact information into system.
Review and respond to agency staff emails.
Prepare end-of-day agency bank deposit.
Set appointments on behalf of agent.
Qualifications Hold or obtain a current Michigan property/casualty license.
Come to work with a smile and positive attitude.
Greet and answer phone with a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner.
Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner.
Ability to work independently.
Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
Have excellent time management skills with a personal accountability mindset/computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems (i.
