- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Skills:
- Proficient in data entry and using computerized systems - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of office management procedures and basic clerical tasks - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
