This position is available at Shoe Dept Encore in Grand Traverse Mall.
What you should know:
The Sales Associate assists with the daily operations of a shoe store in order to maximize sales and maintain operational company standards.
Retail experience preferred.
Participates in achieving sales goals.
Possesses a passion for excellent customer service.
Presents a clean and safe work environment.
Assists with maintaining proper merchandise presentation and displays.
Assists with the receiving of and stocking of merchandise.
Adheres to company policies on opening/closing procedures.
Must be available various hours, including nights and weekends.
Ability to operate company computer systems.
