Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on features and benefits - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or technical products is a plus - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Multilingual abilities are a bonus for serving diverse customer needs - Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math Skills:
