Summary:
Bonobo Winery is looking to hire a Wine Club Manager who is responsible for the successful operation and growth of the wine club program.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, a strong customer service orientation, and experience in managing a wine club or similar program.
Role:
The Wine Club Manager's main focus is growing and managing all aspects of Bonobo Winery's Wine Club program.
They are responsible for driving wine sales through the tasting room and online as well as retaining membership and providing exceptional guest service to current and prospective club members.
Additionally they are responsible for working with the Bonobo team to ensure that they have the knowledge of all aspects of the wine club and that they are able to converse with the consumer about the wine club when visiting the winery.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the wine club program, including member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Administer the back end operations of the wine club program including inventory management, packing, shipping and logistics.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the wine club Plan and host various events and educational seminars for wine club members Work front of house as a manager on duty and as the Wine Club subject matter expert including internal staff training, incentive programs, etc.
Provide excellent customer service to wine club members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or hospitality 3
years of experience in the retail, sales or hospitality industry Experience managing a wine club or similar program Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Motivated & versatile self starter who is OK with wearing many hats and being team player Flexibility in 40 hour week makeup-available weekdays,weekends and holidays A passion for wine & learning is a bonus.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted without causing injury to self.
Must be willing and able to stoop, bend, and stand for 8-hour periods.
