The Branch Manager is the lead relationship manager for all retail and small business customers.
The Branch Manager has a combined focus of sales, coaching, training, delivery, fulfillment, analysis, and communications Key Accountabilities:
Branch sales and growth goals Key existing customer relationships are attended too Branch has well versed product and process knowledge Manage losses and other risk issues Ensures all compliance and security requirements Required Knowledge and
Experience:
Deep knowledge of all deposit, small business, and consumer loan products Strong knowledge of bank automated underwriting systems, combined with the ability to read and analyze a loan application and review a credit report if necessary Strong knowledge of mortgage and commercial loan products, with the ability to complete the initial contact if necessary Strong knowledge of all electronic delivery products Working knowledge of other bank products and services, sufficient to have initial conversations with prospects, qualify leads, and refer quality business Very good knowledge of the local community- industries, economic base, culture, key leaders, and Bank competitors Strong coaching skills, particularly in regard to sales Excellent leadership and training skills Very good verbal communications skills Education/
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in banking or equivalent education Previous experience as a manager, or in a leadership role at a banking institution.
Three (3) years successful sales and lending experience, preferably in financial services preferred.
History of providing excellent customer service.
Must have graduated high school or obtained GED.
Must have valid driver's license.
