They provide the first impression for many of our clients and their job is to not only be the face of Dharmasala TC, but to educate clients about what we do and help to grow our studios through sales and client connections.
POSITION:
The Front Desk Associate helps the General Manager with new membership sales as well the retention of current members.
The Front Desk Associate provides superior customer service while assisting new and current students in class selections, answering membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases.
We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and be part of building a strong Dharamsala TC community.
The Front Desk Associate also assists with studio cleanliness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets Strong customer service skills Ability to learn and use the Mind Body Online software program Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must have proficient computer skills Must be able to work in both our Robinwood and Front Street locations Must attend special events and trainings as needed Part time up to 20
hours per week
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean physical space with a comfortable temperature Assist teachers with signing in students for classes Boutique- Familiarize yourself with the products and pricing; refill products Give tours to new students and educate them about our services including a brief meeting after their first class Highlight the Yoga schedule for new students and advise about appropriate classes Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills Other duties as assigned by the General Manager COMPENSATION & PERKS:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage at $17/hour Complimentary unlimited membership to both of our locations Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
