As a Construction Laborer, you will work on various construction sites, assisting with the completion of projects.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to perform manual labor tasks and work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Load and unload materials and equipment - Operate hand tools and power tools as directed - We specialize in deck and stair building with the occasional seawall, assist with other general construction tasks - Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment - Communication skills - Valid driver's license Please note that this position may require occasional overtime, depending on project deadlines.
