We are currently searching for Customer Service Intake Specialists in our Traverse City, MI office to serve customers by providing product and service information, upselling, and resolving product and service problems.
The position will include all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and handle questions regarding a customer's account or explain and upsell our products and service offerings.
Must have the ability to upsell a customer on Opens customer accounts by recording required account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution while treating customers with respect.
Qualifications:
High school diploma Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to keep calm in highly stressful situations.
Work closely with and get along with co-workers.
Must be able to pay close attention to detail.
Work with frequent interruptions(can multitask).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
