This position supports the dermatology team (patients, physicians, nurse practitioner, physician assistants, office manager, nurses, front office staff, and medical assistants).
This individual will work as an integral part of our management team and work directly with the office manager to further the mission of the practice.
This position requires an individual that possesses a positive attitude with a growth mindset, high level of organization, detail oriented, and takes initiative to be responsible & dependable.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Represent the practice with high level of professionalism at the office and in the communities we serve.
Qualifications - Administrative experience - Calendar management - Phone etiquette - Computer literacy - Organizational skills - Project coordination - General Bookkeeping - Proofreading - Office experience - Data entry - Clerical experience - Customer service - Front desk Excellent communication skills are essential for this role to effectively and respectfully interact with the manager, patients, and other staff members.
