We are looking for a full-time Forestry Equipment Parts Sales Specialist to join our Traverse City team.

Responsibilities:
Locate and source parts from internal and external sources using a variety of resources Place parts orders for customers and AIS service technicians Research and answer questions regarding parts for internal and external parties Read and analyze machine diagrams to provide solutions Diligently follow up with customers and employees on inquiries and orders Process incoming shipments for customers, technicians and stock purposes Help keep showroom, parts stocking areas, customer hold areas and shipping areas clean organized and stocked Follow established parts guidelines including Freight Recovery, MD on Hand, and Returns Qualifications/Skills:
18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED Valid state-issued driver's license Forestry equipment and/or parts knowledge Good written and verbal communication skills Punctual, reliable, and a strong sense of urgency Able to work independently and within a team Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly Able to pass a background screening and drug test Experience in customer service and/or knowledge of heavy equipment
