Overview of Position
This position is responsible for coordinating and developing all service line services throughout the Munson Healthcare system.Working with system leadership, physicians, and providers, the position assures regional needs are being met; and operational excellence, cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and high quality care are achieved throughout the system.

Oncology Service Line reports to CIO & VP Outpatient & Retail Services
Works closely with
System CEOs
Service Line Clinical Leadership
Service Line Physicians
Qualifications
Master s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
In-depth knowledge of service line operations
Strong relationship/collaboration skills at executive and physician level
Experience with strategic planning/marketing and business development
Ability to collaborate and develop partnerships with non-Munson providers
In-depth understanding of service line financial analysis and management
Excellent communication skills
Duties
1.Works in collaboration with system organizations to provide and develop high quality, efficient services throughout the region.
2.Assures clinical and operational excellence of the service line by achieving top quality outcomes.
3.Develops collaborative relationships with outside organizations to provide full delivery of care/service to this region.
4.Has accountability for overall performance of the service line, including financial, staff, information systems, operational, quality/safety/regulatory performance.
5.Identifies opportunities and implements plans to grow the service line.
6.Assures well-coordinated care is consistently delivered throughout the system.
7.Develops/executes plans to achieve top decile performance throughout the service line, including employee engagement, physician partnerships, patient satisfaction, quality, growth, and financial.
effectively and routinely with staff, physicians, and community regarding service line plans and status of those plans.
9.Establishes systems and processes to assure service line performance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
