Bill Marsh Buick GMC located in Traverse City, Michigan is currently looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Service Manager. We are looking for someone with a MINIMUM of 3 years dealership Service Management experience.
Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals exhibiting professional appearance as well as strong communication and analytical skills! A proven track record with impeccable references and an outstanding CSI record are also required. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to further his/her career with the area's premier automotive group. We have an exceptional Service Department in place with 14 qualified technicians, we are looking for the right person to lead it.

Responsibilities:
Lead all Service Department operations
Create department goals / objectives and an annual operating budget
Facilitate the advancement of our technician's skills training on new systems and components offered by manufacturers
Comply with manufacturer policies and procedures and serve as a liaison with the factory representative.
Maintain eEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
