Countertop Installer (Team Leaders and Assistants)

Lakeside Surfaces Inc., one of the Midwest's largest and most innovative countertop manufactures, is seeking career-minded installation team members. We are looking for team leaders and team assistants. Positions are for 40
hours per week. Starting pay is $13 to $16 per hour determined by experience.
These positions require someone who has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. The work must be handled with keen attention to detail, and we prefer previous construction or building trade experience. The positions will require regular lifting and moving of heavy objects. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can present themselves professionally. Previous cabinet or counter installation experience is a plus. All candidates must have a clean driving record and will be required to obtain a chauffeur's license.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS
Team with 1 other installer and work independently throughout Northern Michigan, and maintain a daily quota and schedule
Install high end granite, quartz and solid surface countertops with precision and perfection
Work closely with clients and maintain excellent relationships
Maintain excellent driving record
