Room is on the main floor right off the kitchen but is on the opposite side of the house from other bedrooms. All utilities included (high-speed mesh network, water, gas, electric, trash). Storage is available in the garage if needed for an extra fee to be negotiated. No smoking, no pets. House is perfect for entertaining, but please be cognizant of others. Other residents are the married owners and their young adult niece. Owner teaches private lessons in the living room on occasion, but the schedule is relatively flexible.
